4. You will not post or request personal information or calls to invasion. Inciting or participating in cross-website raids is also not permitted.

5. GuamLove are to be considered "not safe for work".

6. The quality of content is extremely important to this community. Contributors are encouraged to provide high-quality images and informative comments.

7. Submitting false or misclassified reports, or otherwise abusing the reporting system may result in a ban.

8. Complaining about GuamLove (its policies, moderation, etc) may result in post deletion and a ban.

9. Evading your ban will result in a permanent one.

10. No spamming or flooding of any kind.

11. Advertising (all forms) is not welcome—this includes any type of referral linking, "offers", soliciting, begging, etc.

12. All images and discussion should be related to socializing with other users ("rate me," meetup, report in, etc). Photos should be of yourself (timestamps encouraged!)—random porn images are not allowed.

13. No whining. This is not your personal blog.

14. Amazon begging/wishlist are not allowed.

15. Soliciting or offering payments for photos, webcam shows, sexual activity etc is not allowed.

16. Solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving paid services involving physical sexual contact is strictly forbidden.

17. Do not stalk or harass any users. Be civil to others.

18. Requesting contact info is not allowed. Responding to a request for contact info is allowed.

19. Asking a user to write on a sign is allowed. Timestamp requests are permitted.

20. Please try to keep duplicate topics to a minimum.

21. Respect the gender of a post. If the poster specifies women, only women should reply with images (and vice versa for men).

22. Solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving drugs, including alcohol and tobacco, or any controlled substance is strictly forbidden.

23. Solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving firearms, ammunition or explosives is strictly forbidden.

24. Solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving stolen goods is strictly forbidden.

25. Solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving personal information is strictly forbidden.

26. Impersonating a GuamLove administrator, moderator, is strictly forbidden.

27. Impersonating of a person is strictly forbidden.

28. When submitting/sending pictures or videos, users agree not to hold GuamLove responsible for any damages.

29. Administrators may request photos of identification card for providing proof of age.

30. Administrators may deny memberships or request of passwords.

31. Do not upload images containing additional data such as embedded sounds, documents, archives, etc.

32. We may be obligated by mandatory law to disclose your personal data to certain authorities or other third parties, for example, to law enforcement agencies in the countries where we or third parties acting on our behalf operate. We may also disclose and otherwise process your personal data in accordance with applicable law to defend HERE's legitimate interests, for example, in legal proceedings or in connection with governmental requests and filings.
